Twenty three teams took part in the Mitchemp Trust Three Peaks Challenge 2002. They faced very tough conditions with snow on all three mountains and high winds on Mount Snowdon to finish with.
Twenty two teams completed the entire event with 8 teams finishing within 24 hours. A high number of teams finished the challenge with their complete team still intact which in itself is a great achievement.

In total the teams raised an incredible £100,600 for the Mitchemp Trust. The Sponsorship Award, given to the team that raises the greatest amount of money, was awarded to 'Team Vehicle' or Arval PHH who raised a fantastic £11,500.

Thanks to all the teams for their hard work and their commitment to making the challenge a huge success.
